New members must attend a meeting held on the third Monday evening of each month at 7:00 PM to join the Club. (November meetings are always held on the second Monday of the month due to hunting season). Bring your completed Membership Form found below along with cash or check (made out to "Spring Grove Sportsmen's Club"). Membership fee is $45.00. After the initial membership, dues each year thereafter are $35.00.
